Delete Your Account

Delete in the app

1. Open Image and Merchandise Generator.
2. Open My Orders / Cart.
3. Tap the Customer Account icon.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Enter your current password and confirm permanent deletion.

Request deletion without the app

Email Tikiboo from the address associated with your account. Use the subject "Delete my Tikiboo account." We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What is deleted

• Your Firebase customer login and email association.
• Unused image credits and wallet-device links.
• Unpaid merchandise drafts and personal image-generation history stored by Tikiboo.
• Personal identifiers attached to completed Tikiboo order and transaction records.

What may be retained

Completed payment, purchase, refund, and order records may be retained in anonymized form where required for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, refunds, or legal compliance. Payment processors and fulfillment providers may retain records under their own legal obligations and privacy policies.

Active orders: An account with merchandise still being produced or shipped cannot be deleted until the order is delivered or canceled. This prevents loss of the shipping information required to complete your order. Contact us for help.
