This policy explains how Tikiboo Designs ("Tikiboo," "we," or "us") handles information when you use the Tikiboo Vintage TV mobile app, its image-generation features, merchandise ordering, and connected Art Clock features.
Information we collect
- Account information: email address, Firebase user identifier, and authentication status. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are not visible to Tikiboo.
- Images and creative input: images you select, prompts you enter, generated images, and technical generation details needed to provide image services.
- Purchases and credits: credit balances, purchase receipt identifiers, and transaction history. Google Play processes in-app purchases.
- Merchandise orders: name, email, telephone number, shipping address, selected products, artwork, proofs, order status, and tracking details.
- Device and technical data: app/device identifiers, connected Art Clock identifiers, IP address and request logs, app errors, and security or fraud-prevention signals.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, generate images, maintain image credits, connect to supported Art Clock devices, create and fulfill merchandise orders, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain security, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Service providers
We share only the information needed to provide a requested service with:
- Google Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, databases, hosting, functions, logs, and app security.
- Google Play for Android distribution and in-app purchase verification.
- Replicate for AI image generation. Prompts and submitted images may be transmitted for processing.
- Stripe for merchandise payment processing. Tikiboo does not store full payment-card numbers.
- Printful for product mockups, printing, shipping, and tracking. Fulfillment requires recipient and shipping information.
These providers process information under their own privacy policies and security terms. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Account data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app under My Orders / Cart > Customer Account > Delete Account, or follow the instructions on our Account Deletion page.
Deletion removes your login, unused image credits, unpaid drafts, device-wallet links, and personal generation history. Completed transaction and order records may be retained in anonymized form where needed for taxes, fraud prevention, disputes, refunds, or legal compliance. An order actively being produced or shipped must finish or be canceled before account deletion so fulfillment is not interrupted.
Security
We use authentication, encrypted network connections, restricted server-side credentials, access controls, and transaction verification. No system can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Children
The app and merchandise services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian may contact us to request removal.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing tikiboodesigns@gmail.com. You may also manage image and storage permissions through Android settings.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when app features or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
